Hannah Rhinehart is a licensed and nationally board-certified music therapist, Neurologic Music Therapist-Fellow (NMT-F)®, is certified in music therapy-assisted childbirth , and has begun her training to become a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Music Therapist (NICU-MT). She serves as the Executive Director of The George Center Foundation and President of the Music Therapy Association of Georgia.

Hannah received her degree in Music Therapy from The University of Georgia and completed her clinical internship at The George Center, Inc. Additionally, Hannah is fluent in American Sign Language and specializes in work with children and adults with neurologic differences, developmental delays, traumatic brain injury, and adults with neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s, Alzheimer's and Dementia

Previously, Hannah has served as the director of Camp Sparrowwood (a camp for children and adults with mild to moderate developmental disabilities), a special needs coordinator, curriculum developer, and consultant for religious organizations implementing special needs programs and children's music director. 

Hannah has experience working with infants, children, and adults with developmental disabilities, substance abuse, emotional/behavioral disorders, individual and group memory care, grief support, procedural support, traumatic brain injury, educational and vocational programs, neuro-typical childhood development, and more through academic and clinical treatment.

Hannah loves the opportunity to facilitate group music therapy opportunities. Hannah leads The Giving Tree (an intergenerational preschool program), Bloom in Music (early childhood developmental special needs program), Teen Rock Band, Intro to Any Dream Will Do (introductory performing arts class for teens with special needs), summer Bucket Drumming (summer only course for teens and young adults with special needs), Camp CreARTive (week-long summer camp for children and teens with special needs). Additionally, Hannah leads several groups for private schools in the Alpharetta and Roswell areas, including group music therapy interventions for children, teens, young adults, adapted ukulele for teens, and hand drumming for teens. 

Hannah received formal voice training and enjoys playing a wide variety of instruments in and outside of her music therapy sessions. She enjoys performing professionally, giving voice lessons and coaching, and composing award-winning show choir arrangements for middle and high schools throughout the state.
